Thank you for choosing our fabrics. All our products are cut-to-order based on the length requested by each customer.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues.

We Accept Returns / Refunds Only in the Following Cases (Due to Our Error or Proven Quality Defect):

  • The wrong fabric color was delivered;

  • The wrong fabric type/model was delivered;

  • The fabric has visible defects or damage that affect its normal use (photo/video evidence required);

  • Severe contamination or damage caused by logistics (supporting proof required).

If the delivered fabric matches the color and fabric type/model of the order and has no quality issues, it is NOT eligible for return or refund.
Please note: minor color differences caused by lighting or screen display do not count as quality issues.
Customers with strict color requirements are recommended to order samples first.

Return request deadline: Within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
Returned items (if required) must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and free from contamination.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Submit claim with video & photo evidence

  2. Review within 1–3 business days

  3. Approved claims will receive return instructions or refund solution

  4. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation (processing time may vary by payment provider)
