What types of fabrics do you sell?

We specialize in premium fabrics for bridal, eveningwear, and designer projects, including:

Where are you located?

We are based in China and ship worldwide to designers, boutiques, and fabric enthusiasts globally.

Do you have a physical showroom?

Currently, we operate online only. However, we offer a comprehensive sample program so you can evaluate fabrics before purchasing yardage.

🛒 Ordering & Products

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our fabric collection
  2. Select the fabric and specify the quantity (yards/meters)
  3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout
  4. Enter shipping information and payment details
  5. Confirm your order

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most fabrics can be ordered by the yard with no minimum. Some specialty fabrics may have minimum order requirements, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Can I order fabric in meters instead of yards?

Yes! You can select your preferred unit of measurement (yards or meters) on each product page.

Are the colors accurate on the website?

We strive for accurate product photography, but screen displays may vary. We strongly recommend ordering samples to verify color before purchasing yardage.

Can I return or exchange cut fabric?

Due to the custom cut-to-length nature of our products, cut fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or we made an error. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

📋 Samples

Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes! We offer free fabric samples (up to 10 per order). Actual shipping costs apply based on your destination.

How large are the samples?

Standard samples are approximately 4" x 4" (10cm x 10cm). Larger samples (1/4 yard or custom sizes) are available upon request for an additional charge.

How do I order samples?

You can order samples directly from each product page by selecting the "Order Sample" option, or email us at info@weavesource.com with your sample requests.

How long does it take to receive samples?

Sample processing takes 1-2 business days, plus shipping time based on your location (typically 7-15 days for standard shipping).

Can I get a refund on sample costs?

Yes! When you purchase 10 yards or more of the same fabric you sampled, the sample cost will be credited to your bulk order (samples purchased within the last 90 days).

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! We offer international shipping to most countries via standard and express delivery options.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days before shipment

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Check our website for current promotions and free shipping thresholds.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Weave Source account.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@weavesource.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

How long does international shipping take?

International shipping typically takes 7-21 days depending on your location and customs clearance times.

Do you provide customs documentation?

Yes, we provide all necessary customs documentation for international shipments.

Is my payment information secure?

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

🧵 Fabric Care & Usage

How do I care for my fabric?

Care instructions vary by fabric type. Most of our fabrics are suitable for dry cleaning or gentle hand washing. Specific care recommendations are provided on each product page.

Can I wash the fabric before sewing?

We recommend testing a small sample first, as some fabrics (especially embroidered or beaded) may require special care. Pre-washing may cause shrinkage or damage to delicate embellishments.

How much fabric do I need for my project?

Fabric requirements depend on your specific project, pattern, and fabric width. We recommend consulting your pattern instructions or contacting us for guidance at info@weavesource.com.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return fabric if I don't like it?

Due to the custom cut-to-length nature of our products, cut fabrics cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made an error. We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing yardage.

What if the fabric is defective?

If you receive defective or damaged fabric, contact us at info@weavesource.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll arrange for a return and send a replacement or issue a refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-14 days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and access your order history.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset link via email.

I'm having trouble placing an order. What should I do?
