We are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the custom cut-to-length nature of our fabric products, our return policy has specific conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Important Notice: Cut-to-Length Fabrics

All fabrics are sold by the yard/meter and are custom cut to your specified length.

Once fabric is cut, it cannot be returned or exchanged except in the following circumstances:

  • The fabric is defective or damaged
  • We shipped the wrong fabric or color
  • The fabric does not match the description on our website
  • There was an error in our cutting or fulfillment process

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom cut fabrics (unless defective or our error)
  • Fabrics that have been washed, altered, or used
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Special order or custom-dyed fabrics
  • Fabric samples (unless we sent the wrong sample)

3. Returnable Items

🔍 Defective or Damaged Fabrics

If you receive defective or damaged fabric, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and description of the issue
  • Keep the fabric in its original condition (do not cut or wash)

📦 Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong fabric, color, or quantity:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item received
  • We will arrange for return pickup and send the correct item
  • All shipping costs will be covered by us

5. Refund Methods

✅ Full Refund

You will receive a full refund (including original shipping) if:

  • The fabric is defective or damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • There was an error on our part

⚡ Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The fabric shows minor defects that don't affect usability
  • You agree to keep the item with a discount

🎁 Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refund, which can be used for future purchases.

7. Exchanges

Due to the custom cut nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different fabric:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the desired fabric
  3. We will prioritize processing your new order

8. Sample Returns

Fabric samples are generally non-returnable. However, if we sent the wrong sample or a defective sample, we will send a replacement at no charge.

9. International Returns

International returns follow the same policy with these additional considerations:

  • Return shipping costs may apply (unless our error)
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return processing may take longer due to international shipping
  • Contact us before returning to arrange the most cost-effective method

10. Wholesale Returns

Wholesale accounts have special return terms:

  • Bulk order returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Different terms may apply based on your wholesale agreement

11. Quality Guarantee

✅ We stand behind the quality of our fabrics. If you receive a fabric that doesn't meet our quality standards, we will make it right through replacement or refund.

12. Color Variations

⚠️ Important

Slight color variations between screen display and actual fabric are normal and not considered defects. We recommend ordering samples before purchasing yardage to ensure color satisfaction.

13. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and fabric immediately
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@weavesource.com
  3. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement
